Software platform for geophysical data processing:
  • Hundreds of small calculation codes (C, Fortran9x, C++, perl, bash, scilab, maxima, sage)
  • A few major codes corresponding to the kernel of GIM-labs know-how (C, Fortran9x, C++)
Our softwares are parallelized using both shared (OpenMP) and distributed (MPI) parallelism and can be run on HPC clusters of thousands of machines.

Software Engineering: 
We use a linux platform for software engineering (IDE, compiler, profiler, debuger, valgrind, SVN, mercurial). 

  • File and calculation servers
  • Small linux PC cluster for testing
